Vice President of Legal Services

TAP is seeking a full-time Vice President of Legal Services. The Vice President of Legal Services is a new upper management position that will be responsible for coordinating the provision of a broad range of civil law, primarily family law, and related legal services to clients who are victims of domestic or dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or trafficking for a growing department. The Vice President of Legal Services oversees case review and assignment and consults with legal staff, intake, and volunteers in case strategy and in identifying and trying impact litigation cases. The Vice President of Legal Services provides day-to-day supervision of assigned staff and plans activities to facilitate provision of services.

Staff Attorney

TAP is seeking a full-time staff attorney who will provide a range of legal services to TAP’s clients, including providing legal advice and counsel, drafting legal pleadings for use by pro se clients, directly representing clients, participating in statewide advocacy efforts, and performing a range of other civil legal services as required. This position may be able to be done remotely from Austin, Houston, or elsewhere in Texas.See full listing
