⚜ LOCATION
The check-in area will be located on the 4th Floor of the JW Marriott Downtown Austin. Please use the elevators to access the event area.

⚜ CHECK-IN
Check-in begins at 5:30pm on the 4th floor for all attendees. In lieu of a physical ticket, please provide your name at check-in for entry to the event. We will be confirming your email and cell phone number, and providing you the opportunity to pre-authorize a credit card for any purchases or donations made throughout the evening.

To help make your check-in process quicker and more efficient, you may pre-authorize your card in advance plus fill in any missing information (phone, email). Before the event, you will receive an email/text from TAP and BetterUnite with a link labeled “View My Event.” There you will be able to see “Preauthorize your card to participate” if you have not yet done so. Pre-authorizing your card will not charge you for anything unless you make a purchase at the event.
 

⚜ PARKING
Ride share is strongly encouraged (Uber, Lyft, etc). Valet parking is available; however, this hotel has a small porte-cochère, anticipate possible delays at the valet. Self-parking is available on-site and at the Austin Convention Center parking garages, located at 201 East 2nd St. and 601 East 5th St.

Black Tie Formal (black and/or white attire encouraged).
