Navigating Power-Based Abuse: Empowerment & Trauma-Informed Legal Practice: This training explores the dynamics of power-based abuse and its psychological impact on survivors. Survivor Law and Safety Planning: Life-Changing and Life-Saving Service: This training offers a comprehensive overview of survivor law with a spotlight on pivotal legal remedies such as divorce, protective orders, and custody. Pro bono attorneys will gain the knowledge and tools to advocate for survivors’ rights while prioritizing their safety. (1 hr. CLE credit; .25 ethics)
