The Allstate Foundation presents Texas Advocacy Project’s Network Luncheon Series

Texas Advocacy Project's Network Luncheon Series provides a forum at which leaders of the community inspire guests with their vision and ideas.  This year’s theme is “Impact.”  The luncheons also provide an important opportunity to raise awareness about the Project’s mission of making free legal services available to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault across Texas.  This year, we are proud to highlight The Allstate Foundation’s commitment to the Project’s vision that no child ever has to see one parent harm the other.

The luncheons directly support Texas Advocacy Project’s increasingly successful Hope Campaign, an annual drive for backpacks and handbags for mothers and their children currently seeking safety in shelters throughout Texas. By discreetly hiding our hotline number inside each backpack and handbag, we have been extremely successful in reaching out to victims who benefit from our free legal services while providing them with comforts that are often left behind when they flee. With your support, we will meet the demand for the Hope Campaign throughout the state.  If guests are able, we ask them to bring a donation of a new or gently used handbag to support the campaign.
